Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are within the 30-day return window and contain at least 50% of the original product volume to qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
